Rogue Roots Farms was created by Phil Richardson, out of a desire to feed people well. He graduated from CPCC in 2002 with a degree in culinary technology and has spent almost 25 years in the food service and hospitality industry, working at and managing local Cornelius favorites such as 131 Main and Alton’s Kitchen and Cocktails. With this knowledge and experience, providing local restaurants and residents with high quality produce was a natural progression.
